The marina will accommodate up to 92 sail and power boats between 7 and 21 metres in length, and will feature modern infrastructural elements such as spacious concrete pontoons with modern technology including underwater lighting and cable TV and WiFi connection, as well as all utilities and fresh water supply. Bespoke concierge services including dry cleaning, laundry, restaurant reservations, on-yacht food service etc will be available.
The pier will feature the members-only Yacht Club, with dining and meeting places, boutiques and entertainment, and the
Boathouse, that will accommodate a diving centre, yacht insurance brokers, yacht brokers, a yacht service centre and the Fisherman Store, with everything for fishermen including charter services. The pier extremities will accommodate a lighthouse, a yacht petrol station with high speed fuelling and pump out services, as well as a crane for lifting yachts and boats into the water for the season or into dry dock and trailer for wintering. The harbour master will offer dry dock and ramp facilities.
